Refund policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on OUTLET items, EVENING Dresses, Swimsuits, Lingerie and Gift cards.

We have 30-days return policy (for international shipments) and 5-days return policy (for UAE shipments), which means you have 30 l 5 days after receiving your item to request and ship a return.
As we ship internationally, customs fees, taxes and duties apply to each shipping and we do our best to avoid additional charges for our dear customers.
Returns are possible with limited exceptions. To be eligible for a return, you must have a strong reason for it (defective or wrong item received), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for original and return shipping charges unless the item is defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims made after 30 days since the delivery and acceptance date are not eligible for processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges of the same item for a different size are possible upon the management approval and item availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want - is to make a new order of an item and return the item you have. 50 AED Fees will be applied to cover collection and delivery costs across UAE.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
